One of Utah’s most acclaimed restaurants, and one of its most remote, is gearing up for a new season by hiring a new executive chef., the nationally recognized farm-to-table restaurant in Boulder, Utah — population 252 — in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, announced Tuesday that it has hired Tamara Stanger as its executive chef.
