‘I have a boyfriend!’ Charlie shouts, in the trailer, as clips of their adorable romance blooming follow. But Nick isn’t quite ready to shout it as loud, telling Charlie: ‘I want to tell people, it’s hard to find the time.’‘I want you to come out when and how you want to,’ Charlie later reassures him as they cuddle up in bed.
He heartwarmingly adds: ‘I can make sure that Nick doesn’t have to deal with what I did, I can protect him.With season two introducing Nick’s dad Stephane and brother David , we’re not sure how coming out to his family will go, and things may not end up being as perfect as Charlie hopes.The two-minute clip has already sent fans wild, with one writing: ‘screaming crying all those things etc etc.’
