The Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary has a twofer this weekend.

The Native Texas Butterfly House and Garden reopens Saturday, June 4 at the McKinney museum, and Date Night at the Heard, an outdoor fundraiser for adults 21 and over, is set for Saturday night.

The Butterfly House and Garden lets visitors walk among free-flying native butterflies and other pollinators, according to a museum release. Guests will be able to view butterflies up close while learning about their life stages and more. The Native Texas Butterfly House and Garden is included in museum general admission and is free for Heard Museum members.

Date Night at the Heard will feature live music, dancing, a cash bar and food trucks from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
