Tyler Wallace, 32, of Shelby, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Hawley Road, south of Ohio 18, the patrol says. Four other people, including two children, were taken to hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The 60-year-old driver of the Denali, a woman from Willard, was first taken to UH Elyria Medical Center, then to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland. A front-seat passenger, a 54-year-old Wellington woman, was taken to UH Elyria Medical Center. Two juveniles, whose ages were not released, were taken to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland.
