That argument was all over someone cutting a line. During that argument, a security guard tried to intervene. And what they're saying about the attempted robbery, nothing in my mind or my heart is going to believe that."Investigators say Cuarenta and his friend fired the first shot, and then the armed security guard fired back.
Garcia told WSYX that her son had a good-paying job for a flooring company, and he always provided for his family. She said he had no reason to rob anyone.He was never in trouble, he didn't have a record,""He said, 'Mom I'm not stupid I wouldn't go out here and just shoot somebody on purpose, it's for protection only'," Garcia said.
