Ariane Goldman, founder of the popular maternity label hatchcollection, has created a new website dedicated to helping and connecting moms and moms-to-be.
Despite the seemingly infinite number of mommy blogs out there, it’s rare to come upon a site for moms and moms-to-be that is both wildly stylish and helpful. That’s at least how Ariane Goldman felt just before she had her first child.
“Everything we serve up on the site is meant to inform, delight, and empower our readers during this crazy moment in their life,” she adds. Indeed, nowfor women who are giving birth or about to give birth. The global pandemic has made delivery, postpartum, and child-raising all the more challenging, but Babe aims to be a calming presence for anxious moms online.
Aside from being a resource for moms, Babe is meant to be a digital community-builder, which also feels more relevant than ever. Initial offerings will include a live Q&A with a sleep expert, and a doula. “Our community is the root of our brand at Hatch,” Goldman says. “Prior to coronavirus, our in-store events were a huge part of that. Now we’re doing those events digitally. It’s actually been an exciting element of this time, to be able to be a part of how women are supporting each other.
