The theme of Harrisburg's Holiday Parade 2023 is "Rockin' Around the Burg." The parade starts at Front and Market streets at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023. The parade, which will move at 10 a.m., includes giant balloons, marching bands, dance teams, floats, costumed characters and - of course - Santa Claus.The parade starts at Front and Market streets, moves on Market Street then turns left onto Second Street, left onto North Street and left onto Front Street.
There are designated performance zones on Second Street in front of the stage beside Market Street and at State Street. Those attending can get four hours of free street parking in the downtown area by using the code “LUVHBG” in the Parkmobile app. No parking is permitted along the parade route.
