Saeid Golkar, an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps expert at the University of Tennessee, said the large scale of the attack would be impossible for Hamas to accomplish alone.“This sort of operation is very difficult to do without Hezbollah and IRGC support. Hamas does not have the capability to do that,” Golkar said.
