Dave Myers has revealed how a change in his diet helped him gain his strength during his cancer battle.
The TV star from Cumbria revealed it was sauerkraut, kimchi and meatballs that has allowed him to get back to work. Consuming the so-called “good bacteria” in kimchi has been credited with helping people maintain a healthy digestion, and sauerkraut contains lots of fibre which is also beneficial, WalesOnline reports.Dave, 65, said: “It’s unbelievable to be back.
