The corn salad of your dreams (What? You don't dream about corn salad?)
I made this as part of a gathering of guys for a BBQ and doubled it. There were no leftovers for me to enjoy later and 2 guys wanted the recipe for home. Hey, we're guys. We don't ask for recipes. That ought to tell you how good it is.Y’all. This dish is amazing! It is my new go-to dish. The flavors of the honey and heat blend so well together. Every time I have made it, people are blown away by how tasty it is! Today I doubled the recipe to make for our family reunion tomorrow.
My husband and I absolutely loved the amazing flavors!! I will make this again and again. Fantastic!!!This recipe's dressing and ingredients are really tasty, but the amount of salt in the dressing as listed was way too much for our tastes, making it almost inedible. Next time I will cut the salt in the dressing to 1/2 tsp and definitely taste again before adding more salt to it in the mixing stage before chilling.I made this tonight and it was a hit.
