It is expected to remain dry in Greater Manchester this Bank Holiday before heavy rain moves in on Tuesday
The yellow warning from The Met Office, which came into force at midnight and remains in place until 11pm tonight warns that untreated roads and pavements could be treacherous as temperatures dip below freezing in Scotland, Northern Ireland and parts of northern England.

It may become cloudier as the day goes on with some light winds. It is likely to be a largely clear night however there will likely be intermittent showers from around 6am until at least 10am as a band of rain moves in from the west.
