Temperatures will barely stretch beyond double figures for most of the week
Those hoping to see more of last week's sunshine in Greater Manchester will be disappointed, with grey skies and cold weather forecast this week.
Monday is set to be cloudy in Greater Manchester, with spells of grey, overcast cloud and temperatures peaking at 10C. The forecaster said conditions would feel 'colder than of late with a northeasterly breeze' while temperatures will drop to 2C overnight.Tuesday morning might fool you, with interrupted sunshine expected from the early hours of the morning until just before lunchtime. It might look warm, but the mercury will only reach around 7C.
Rain will fall overnight into the small hours of Friday, changing to overcast by the late morning. Conditions will become cloudy just after lunchtime, making way for a partly-cloudy night. Temperatures will peak at 14C and there will be lows of 9C.
