Hochul’s emergency declaration for the 11 counties around Buffalo — which are generally prepared to be hit with this type of a blast — paved the way for federal aid to flow there if a “major disaster” results from the expected 4 to 6 feet of snow in the area.over the flood of migrants to the city, Hochul has yet to respond to his desperate plea for help from the state and federal governments.

Critics pointed out that Hochul has yet to assist New York City deal with the ongoing migrant crisis.“Kathy puts on her windbreaker and gets on TV and reassures everybody that we’re in good hands. It’s a slam dunk,” he said.
