Gordon Murray completes T.50 development with a final sign-off drive.

In another video shared by Gordon Murray Automotive, Murray gets a chance to drive the final prototype of the car before approving it for certification. The clip starts with GMA development driver and three-time Indy 500 winner Dario Franchitti bringing the car from the factory to Murray's house for the final test, with Franchitti noting how difficult the process of development has been.
The filmed portion of Murray's drive is brief, but the creator of the T.50 is obviously pleased with this work. In a conversation with Franchitti at the end of the video, he notes a few of the car's original goals and describes how the car succeeds in reaching them. Before finally signing off, Murray points out how distinctly it succeeds as the McLaren F1's successor.
"This really is the next F1, and that was my intention four years ago," Murray says."I didn't really want to make something that was in another world from the F1, it just had to deliver what that car did, but just better."
