Gogglebox Amy Tapper shows off three stone weight loss as she wears same clothes one year apart
Gogglebox star Amy Tapper celebrated her weight loss journey as she compared her current appearance to a photo taken one year ago.
The star also posted another snap of herself trying on the outfit she sported to her 2022 birthday party, telling fans her transformation feeds "crazy". Standing in the garment, Amy held out the fabric to show how much weight she's lost in the past year."Sometimes when you see yourself every day you don't always see it but you feel it and today I saw it so I thought I'd share as I'm fairly proud of myself."
Opening up about her love of fitness in a recent interview, Amy said: “Every person’s body is different and everyone’s metabolism is different.
