Valentine's Day dinner at Pharm Table benefits sister City of Gastronomy Gaziantep in Turkey
On Tuesday, half of the proceeds from the Valentine’s Day dinner at Pharm Table will be donated to nonprofits World Central Kitchen and The Foundation of Anatolian People and Peace Platform to support their efforts on the ground in Turkey and Syria.

I started a WhatsApp with all the people there from our sister cities and shared things we were doing in San Antonio.""One of our contacts on the ground started sending us photos, showing us the entire city had been destroyed.
Johnson discovered AHBAP, an organization that is specific to Turkey, by talking with David Cáceres of La Panadería and communicating with those close to the city. La Panadería plans to donate a portion of proceeds from Tuesday's sales to AHBAP.
