999 crews raced to Glenturret Street in the city's East End around 7.30am this morning after a disturbance allegedly broke out between two men.Ambulance services dispatched a special operations response team to the scene, a team typically reserved for major incidents.The force has launched a probe into the incident and inquiries remain ongoing.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 7:.42am to attend an incident on Glenturret Street, Glasgow. "An ambulance and a special operations response team were dispatched to the scene. One patient was transported to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.”spokesperson added: “Around 7.20am on Friday, 6 October, 2023, police were called to a report of a disturbance involving two men in Glenturret Street, Glasgow.
