The Finland international star has signed a four-year contract at Elland Road for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £5.5m.
It became increasingly apparent in recent weeks that a departure for the 27-year-old was on the cards, with Leeds' interest known since earlier this summer. And the transfer has now reached completion, with Rangers posting a farewell message to Kamara on their official website.
