The UCI Cycling World Championships have officially kicked off with a number of diversions are in place on our roads due to restrictions and closures.
Drivers have been told to avoid certain areas and plan ahead before leaving their home, as well as checking their usual bus routes to ensure they have not been affected. The first day of the Championships gets underway today after an exciting opening ceremony in George Square last night.But what roads are closed today, August 3, and when are these closures or restrictions in place until?
