A Glasgow carer has been banned from working in the profession for attacking a woman at a convenience store.
The care assistant was at Day Today Stores on Balgrayhill Road in Springburn when she and another woman attacked their victim who was stamped on, punched, kicked on the head and thrown to the ground, and hit with a drinks can.Loudon continued to work at Broomfield Court Care Home in Barmulloch from the date she was convicted for a further seven months without disclosing the information.
The watchdog said the behaviour called into question her suitability for the profession as she demonstrated a 'disregard' for the law.
