The conservative activist and wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has donated at least $2,500 in support of Donald Trump.
Trump has been one of the biggest recipients of her generosity. Virginia Thomas has donated more than $2,500 to political committees backing him, mostly in 2016.
Most of Thomas’ political contributions have come since 2010. In 1992, though, about a year after Clarence Thomas joined the Supreme Court, she appears to have donated $500 to the Republican National Committee. Virginia Thomas and spokespeople for the Supreme Court did not respond to multiple requests for comment.
Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, has made at least $20,000 in political contributions, according to records with the Federal Election Commission and state agencies.
