It's time to start compiling your Christmas TV schedule, with the help our handy guide:
Jamie Dornan will star in The Tourist, BBC One’s new thriller.
The synopsis reads: “Four years ago, a couple walking round a freshly dug gravel pit just outside Swindon noticed something unusual protruding from the mud. It was the top of a huge fossilised leg bone of a mammoth. Sally and Neville Hollingworth, both keen amateur fossil hunters, had stumbled across the discovery of a lifetime – a mammoth graveyard in the old prehistoric riverbed of the Thames.”
The synopsis goes on: “As Andi rolls up her sleeves to help the families shop and prep for the food that matters most to them at Christmas time, we’ll get a rich and varied picture of how different families celebrate the festive season. Some of the dishes will be the classics Andi knows and loves, others will be an entirely new experience – but all will give her and BBC Two viewers a real taste of Glasgow and of home.”will air on BBC Two as part of their Christmas schedule, date TBC.
