PART of a busy Bearsden road is set to close for four weeks to allow for essential gas replacement works.
Motorists are being asked to use alternative routes to avoid Boclair Road, which will be shut between Milngavie Road and Rannoch Drive from 6am on January 9 until February 6. Temporary traffic lights will also then be put in place between Boclair Crescent and Rannoch Drive from February 6 for four weeks to allow SGN to install piping in the area.
