Winter is... staying?!
CLEVELAND, Ohio – There is frost advisory Monday night for Cuyahoga and Lake counties and a freeze warning for surrounding counties, including Lorain, Medina, Summit, Portage and Geauga and for areas of Ashtabula County that are away from the lake, said David Marsalek, meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
This means people with vulnerable plants outdoors should take precautions, which could include bringing them indoors. A frost advisory is for when temperatures are expected to be from 33 to 36 degrees Fahrenheit and there are light to calm winds and mostly clear skies, Marsalek said, while a freeze warning is for temperatures 32 degrees and below.
