Here are 12 housing projects that are in different phases of development in six central Pa. counties.

The project in Gettysburg would include 186 apartments and more than 7,500 square feet of retail space as well as more than 7,500 square feet of restaurant space. Construction plans for new housing developments have been moving forward for a variety of living spaces, from apartments to townhomes.
