Book lovers are in for a treat this year, with a jam-packed slate of upcoming movies and TV series based on bestselling books. The most recent book to be adapted to the screen is Michelle Zauner’s 2021 memoir “Crying in H Mart,” which traces the Japanese Breakfast singer’s experience growing up Korean American and the reckoning with identity she went through while grieving her mother’s death.
