Stromer honors the Alinghi Red Bull Racing team with a limited edition ST7, featuring a team colorway and high-end electronics.
Red Bull Racing may immediately bring F1 racing to mind, but Red Bull sponsors a number of different power sports – or in this case, wind sports. As the official ebike partner of the competitive sailing Alinghi Red Bull Racing Team, Stromer has released this limited edition ST7 ebike in the team’s colors. With only 350 of these bikes to be made, this is a pricey limited edition toy for those who can afford it; but for your money, you do get some of Stromer’s best technology.
For those who ride rougher surfaces, you have the option to add an inverted Wren suspension fork and/or a Kinekt suspension seatpost. There are more add-on accessories available, so check out all the options on Stromer’s website. This top-tier e-commuter is powered by Stromer’s strongest motor- a Syno II Sport rear hub motor, putting out 940w and 52Nm of torque. The motor provides assist up to 28mph , and has a Sport mode for extra thrust. Providing power is Stromer’s most powerful BQ1440 48V, 440Wh battery, which provides an impressive maximum range of 110 miles.
The ST7 ARBR rolls on Stromer’s 27.5” wheels with Pirelli Angel ST Sport tires. TRP provides 4-piston brakes with 203mm rotors front and rear and a Blubrake ABS system up front.
