New development plans for Frisco's $2 billion Wade Park site gain approval from the city's planning commission.

at the tollway and Lebanon Road would include about 100,000 total square feet of retail space, a 120,000 square foot medical office building, urban living units and part of a planned central park. The developers say construction on the project’s initial phase will take about three years.

About 2 million square feet of office space, 375,000 square feet of retail and two hotels would also be allowed.
