Tuesday’s joint meeting with Frisco City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission gave residents a chance to speak. Most who did opposed the project.
Pruzinsky’s wife Sharon urged city leaders to first fix the traffic problems at Eldorado Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway.The Pruzinskys are also worried their neighborhood will become a free parking lot for Universal goers or a cut-through solution for commuters.
