Working with Fitbit and his own training team, Smith is set to release an exclusive video series of wellness programs focusing on both physical and mental strength. The first entry, dropping September 27th, is designed to “set the tone for your day,” per a release. Further video sessions — all featuring Smith and his wellness team — will range from workouts to mindfulness training.
