A frantic search has been launched by police to find a missing woman from Elgin who disappeared on Monday morning. Louise Blackwood was last seen in the Marleon Field area of the town at around 9.10am on Monday, December, 5.Louise is described as being around 5ft 5in in height, of slim build with red/purple hair.Enquiries are ongoing to trace Louise and anyone who has seen her or who has any information on her whereabouts is asked to contact 101 quoting incident 0730 of 5 December, 2022.
