The wind advisory begins at 7 a.m. Saturday and will last until 8 p.m. Saturday.
The gusty winds could result in unsecured objects being blown around or tree limbs being blown down. There is the potential for power outages with the high winds.
The area also remains under a flood watch until 2 a.m. Saturday as pockets of rain continue to make their way through the area. Another one to two inches of rain are possible on Friday evening into Saturday. There is a river flood warning for Circleville, in Pickaway County, due to the Scioto River, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington. The river is likely to go above flood stage there close to midnight Friday night and will last there for a while, likely into Monday, especially depending on if more rain comes, according to the weather service.
Central Ohio has gotten one to two inches of rain over the past 40 hours, according to the weather service, with places south of I-70 getting up to three inches.
