The Resurrection of Charles Manson, the feature film directorial debut of Frank Grillo's son Remy, is arriving on March 16 courtesy of XYZ Films. The movie stars Grillo himself as a cult leader planning to resurrect his idol Manson, who infamously and tragically drove his followers to partake in a Californian killing spree in 1969.
While The Resurrection of Charles Manson is Remy Grillo's first film as director, he has previously served as a cinematographer on two shorts and is acting alongside his father in the upcoming MR-9. The Resurrection of Charles Manson also stars Jaime King, Sarah Dumont, and Josh Plasse, with King and Plasse also serving as producers.

Their idyllic work vacation is interrupted by Robert and his followers, who invade the home and plot to bring Manson back to life through a sinister sacrifice.
XYZ Films, an independent studio, works closely with their filmmakers and other creative talent to bring stories to life. Aside from bringing The Resurrection of Charles Manson to audiences this year, they are also in the process of post-production on Netflix original film Havoc, directed by Gareth Evans and starring Tom Hardy and Forrest Whitaker.
