Fort Worth-based developer Trademark Property Co. is planning a luxury apartment and retail building on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas' Oak Lawn neighborhood. The...

Instead, Trademark Property Co. wants to build a 415-unit luxury rental community on the block that will include a corner restaurant spot.Plans for the 437,350-square-foot project were shared Tuesday with the Oak Lawn Committee by the developer that is seeking zoning approvals for the mixed-use complex. The committee gave the project overwhelming support.

Designs for the development show three landscaped interior courtyards in the building, which would be several floors lower on the east side along Bowser Avenue. The Lemmon Avenue property play follows Trademark Property’s recent plans to expand into multifamily development.
