Former Yorkshire head coach Andrew Gale has won a claim for unfair dismissal.
The 38-year-old was one of 16 senior members of staff who lost their jobs in the wake of the Azeem RafiqGale spent his entire professional career with Yorkshire before taking up a coaching role in 2016.
The former batsman was suspended as part of an investigation into a tweet he sent in 2010, before he was sacked last December.
