Former NFL wide receiver Jaelen Strong is evidently not a fan of Bill O'Brien.
On ESPN’s “Get Up!” on Wednesday, Irvin said he spoke to Hopkins to get his take on the trade and that Hopkins offered details over a meeting he and O’Brien had while Hopkins was a member of the Texans.
Irvin continued to say that Hopkins told him it"blew my mind" that O’Brien"would equate me with Aaron Hernandez.""He got into talking about DeAndre Hopkins, 'cause DeAndre Hopkins has a few kids from different women, and he told DeAndre that he doesn't like his baby mamas around sometimes," Irvin said.
Hopkins tweeted on Wednesday:"This is being blown way out of proportion. As I've said before, I enjoyed and am proud of my time with the Texans. I have the utmost respect for Coach O'Brien and that will not change. Now, I’m ready to play for the Cardinals."already under fire for the trade for HopkinsHouston agreed to trade Hopkins to the Cardinals earlier in the week in a deal that included Arizona running back David Johnson.
