Quinn played his high school football at Fort Dorchester High School and is from Ladson, a short distance from Summerville. Summerville police have charged him with third-degree assault and battery, hit-and-run with property damage, and four counts of leaving the scene after a traffic incident,“He was very belligerent,” Lisa Ball told the TV station. “He kept saying, ‘Oh don’t worry about it.
