According to Harris County Pct. 1, Sergeant Wayne Shultz was caught with a GPS scrambling device underneath his county patrol car. He was hired by Harris County Pct. 6 just 10 days after resigning.

"We do not tolerate this behavior," Precinct 1 said in a statement to ABC13.
