, 50, entered the plea during a teleconference hearing in federal court in Washington, D.C., to charges of obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting.
“She’s very sorry for what she did, and she’s hoping for the best,” her attorney Charles Langmack III said after the hearing. Priola during Tuesday’s hearing admitted to several facts laid out by prosecutors. She rode a charter bus from Willoughby to Washington, D.C., carrying a sign that read: “The Children Cry Out For Justice” on one side and “We The People Take Back Our Country” on the other.
Priola also admitted that she deleted several photos, messages and videos from her phone in the days after the attack. Investigators also found clothing she wore while she was inside the Capitol and the sign she had carried there, court records say.
