Former Chicago Cubs senior executive Jason McLeod and his wife, Nicole, in December sold their five-bedroom, 4,720-square-foot vintage house on Sheridan Road in Wilmette for their $1.39 million asking price.
McLeod was with the Cubs for a decade, and started in the team’s front office overseeing scouting and player development, including working to draft key members of the 2016 World Series-winning team. Most recently, he managed player personnel. He left the Cubs after his contract expired in October, and he joined the Arizona Diamondbacks in December as a special assistant to the team’s general manager.
The house’s third floor has a bedroom with a full bathroom, while the lower level has a media and game room and a rec room with a gym.
