The Food Standards Agency is urging people who use the bags at Aldi, Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Morrisons and Sainsbury's to 'take action'

The Food Standards Agency has issued a warning to anyone who uses reusable shopping bags at the supermarket. Officials have issued a stark warning that use of the 'Bags for Life' could lead to cross-contamination.

We recommend that you put them on a hot water setting with a detergent.
