FooFighters drummer Taylor Hawkins has died aged 50 as celebrities pay tribute
The band made the announcement on their official Twitter page, as they shared: "The Foo Fighters family is devastated by the tragic and untimely loss of our beloved Taylor Hawkins.
"His musical spirit and infectious laughter will live on with all of us forever. Our hearts go out to his wife, children and family, and we ask that their privacy be treated with the utmost respect in this unimaginably difficult time." According to Daily Mail, the musician was found dead in a hotel room in the north of Bogota, Colombia, where the band were set to play at a festival on Friday 25 March evening.
