A Florida woman who is facing criminal charges linked to two separate battery incidents was seen smiling in her arrest mugshot released by police this week.

Probus is now charged with domestic battery, battery on a law enforcement officer and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, as reported byAn arrest report detailing her initial January 1 arrest said the suspect was apprehended in the wake of an early-morning altercation that broke out with her sister-in-law in Holiday, Florida.That day, the suspect was confronted by the victim after drinking and trying to leave a home with a 6-month-old child.

Probus was arrested for the 2019 incident while in custody at the Pasco County Jail, Land O Lakes. Facing multiple felonies, Probus is being held on $10,250 bond. The 20-year-old told police in an interview she was"high on cocaine and does not remember that evening," according to a report from the sheriff's office, published by the county clerk. She took the unnamed victim to hospital after he suffered chest pain and breathing problems.
