BUNNELL, Florida — A 17-year-old high school student attacked a teacher’s aide, knocking her to the ground and beating her after she took his Nintendo Switch away from him, authorities say.
A news release from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office says the male student has been charged with felony aggravated burglary with bodily harm following the attack last week at Mantanzas High School, which left the teacher unconscious and sent her to a hospital.the suspect, who is a student with special needs, has been charged as an adult and is being held in jail on a $1 million bond.
