The first homes within a historical Glasgow site have officially been handed over to customers.
Director for Scotland at Home Group, Audrey Simpson, with Meat Market customer, Aldo Matteo, in the kitchen of his new Mid-Market Rent property.
Situated in the city's East End, the new development is hoping to 'bring back vibrancy to an area that has long been missing'., the housing association in charge of the development, said: “It is great to see this historic site, left untouched for way too long, turned into fantastic homes that will enhance such an important community.
Aldo Matteo, a Mid-Market resident at Meat Market, said: “I’m delighted with my new flat as it’s everything I had hoped for.
