Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says an unsettled weather pattern already caused issues for practice rounds at The PLAYERS as the course closed down to the public yesterday afternoon due to inclement weather.On and off showers through the morning commute will then give way to scattered rain and storms in the afternoon. That will bring the threat of strong to severe weather.

An inland freeze is possible Saturday night with wind chills in the 20s for the entire area daybreak on Sunday morning.
