A fire engulfed a home in South Hill on Sunday night.
Crews with Central Pierce Fire & Rescue were called to the area of 128th Street and 78th Avenue East.
Firefighters said the family was at home, but they were able to escape with their dog. The family cat did not appear to have escaped.Crews said the fire also gutted several vehicles, including what appeared to be an RV.Crews are on scene of a house fire on South Hill in the area of 78th Ave E. & 128th Ave E. 78th is CLOSED in both directions. Thankfully everyone made it out safely.
