West Ham fans have been attacked in Prague before Wednesday night's Europa Conference League final.Czech Police shared an image of fans being arrestedIt has been claimed that Fiorentina ultras attacked West Ham fans with weapons and fireworks.
A tweet by Czech Police shows at least 16 Fiorentina fans have been arrested followed the incidents in the city. A statement read: "Italy fans attacked West Ham fans in a bar in Rytirska Street, injuring three. One policeman was also attacked.Read more on West HamCzech Police drafted in an extra 250 officers ahead of the final between West Ham and Fiorentina.
Around 20,000 Hammers fans are expected to travel to the Czech capital, but the majority are without tickets as both clubs only have an allocation of less than 5,000 each for the match. Fan parks will be set up in the city centre so those supporters without tickets can watch the match on a big screen.Most read in Football
