Fiancé secretly converted his bride-to-be's empty house into a £15k cannabis factory to pay off drug debts
A bridegroom-to-be secretly converted his fiancé's empty house into a £15,000 cannabis farm after she moved in with him to help look after his family.
During the raid, which occurred on December 18, 2020, gas company officials discovered a bedroom inside the property had been fitted with industrial lights and ventilation ducts. 60 cannabis plants were growing in the room and Rowlands, who was in the property at the time, was subsequently arrested. “Examinations of the factory found fingerprints on one of the lights above the plants. These fingerprints belonged to Rowlands, who was in the house at the time, and he was subsequently arrested for the production of cannabis."
