Jordan said these details have been corroborated by an FBI whistleblower.
While arguing that the designation was initially unjustified, Jordan highlighted that the FBI kept its terror designation"even after the FBI determined in 2020 that American Contingency was not a threat." and"commonly referenced historical imagery or quotes," like the"Betsy Ross Flag" and the yellow"Gadsden Flag" that states"Don’t Tread On Me" as symbols of"terrorists," Jordan said.
